Why our process is superior: Aseptic Packaging
Yes, all liquid dietary supplements we make are flash pasteurized. Previously we have packaged our products in glass bottles (and even a box around that). In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we have decided to do away with the box and now we are switching over from a glass bottle to a plastic bottle. Using plastic bottles allows us to save fuel and energy as plastic weighs much less than glass and it is 100% recyclable! Furthermore, we switched to plastic after reaching the conclusion that the carbon footprint of plastic is actually smaller than using glass. The bottles we chose are BPA free and give us the ability to do Aseptic pasteurization. Our new Aseptic pasteurization is the latest technology in food processing, which cannot be done in glass. The principal benefit of Aseptic processing is that we are able to significantly reduce the amount of heat applied to the product. We are one of the few companies able to use this process on nutritional supplements and as we all know heat degrades the nutritional value of fruits! Please be aware, many or all of the glass fill products on the market in our business have to be cooked for much greater periods of time to meet proper safety procedures. If it is in plastic and not through an aseptic process, to our knowledge, preservatives have to be added. So, we believe we have the best process for these type products to our current knowledge. Can you take more than one of your products at the same time?
Yes, you can certainly take more than one of our products at the same time, however we don't recommend taking more than 3 ounces of each.
What is the shelf life of your product?
Our products maintain a 2 year shelf life. Keep all products refrigerated after opening. Consume product within 60 days when opened.
What is an ORAC score?
An ORAC score is a measure of the amount of antioxidants within a product.
What is the recommended daily dosage?
We recommend you take “just one little ounce a day” for better health.*
